About the role

As a Sales Advisor at Nettbil, you'll play a crucial part in our growing C2B sales team. You'll be responsible for providing helpful information and insights to potential customers and guiding them through the process of selling their cars smoothly and efficiently. This is a chance to enhance your commercial skills while contributing to the success of our dedicated C2B sales team.


Your responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels. 
  • Follow up with potential customers throughout the process.
  • Be responsible for achieving sales or customer service goals
  • Contribute to improvement efforts within the department and business area 
  • Follow up on marketing activities initiated by the marketing team


To succeed in this position we believe you are a result-oriented person who thrives in a high-paced environment, finding motivation in achieving new goals. You are committed to personal growth by challenging yourself and have a structured, analytical, and proactive approach to sales. In dialogue with your customers, you simplify complex concepts for customers, ensuring clear communication.


We also expect that you: 

  • Have 4+ years of relevant experience in similar customer-oriented positions, such as sales, customer support, customer service, or retail
  • Are self-motivated, able to take initiative and complete tasks, both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Understand how to enhance customer relationships and build trust.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoy staying updated on industry trends and providing excellent customer service. 
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Are fluent in Norwegian.
