Job Overview:
Onepiece is looking for a visionary Head of Global Marketing to lead our marketing department. Working alongside the Head of Brand & Partnerships this key position will be responsible for driving traffic, sales and awareness through various channels, with a strong focus on paid and organic social media marketing, influencer marketing and email marketing. You are expected to plan, execute and manage a digital strategy with campaigns and seasonal initiatives, across all our channels including onepiece.com. You are continually tracking and evaluating performance and behavior to ensure what we are building is delivering against our set tactics and targets.
We are looking for a passionate individual, someone who is a self-starting, entrepreneurial minded team player, and someone who shares our passion for creative direct-to-consumer marketing in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative and innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Manage, allocate and prioritize our digital marketing budget effectively, focusing on maximizing ROI and profits.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Be hands-on and operational with all aspects of our marketing, including paid distribution, e-commerce operations, content creation, social media, and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and world class customer experience.
- Plan and manage content creation, social media strategies, and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry or DTC/e-commerce.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce, including social media marketing (paid and organic), PPC, SEO, and online advertising.
- Excellent analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Innovative and strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven record of creating engaging content and executing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
