We are looking for a Senior Manager Subcontracting

We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Senior Manager to lead our Subcontracting team.

What will you be doing in HMH?

As Senior Manager Subcontracting you will be part of our Global Supply Chain management, leading a strong team in strategic and operational sourcing - material planning and manufacturing of our new-build equipment.

Promote a proactive attitude and good communication towards our customers, driving a culture of continuous improvement to secure cost efficient, optimal supply at all times.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who is highly motivated, who can define and execute global category strategies and thereby ensure our competitive cost position and service level within manufacturing. You have the knowledge and ability to motivate employees, and source new strategic suppliers for HMH.

We also think it is important that you hold the following qualifications:

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in supply chain or relevant discipline, or relevant working experience to compensate
• Experience as procurement manager, lead sourcing or related positions
• Strong experience with multidiscipline procurement processes
• Contract negotiation and contract management experience
• Preferably international experience
• Strong English written and oral level
