The job

• Work closely with clients to understand their pains and develop the best solutions for them within subsea repair and maintenance.
• Optimize cost, quality and lead time
• Manage projects according to targets set
• Manage quality, HSE, cost and lead time
• Located in Stavanger
• Follow up manufacturing, certification and preparation of IK subsea projects and operations.
• Promote the IK Subsea technology
• Provide feedback to peers and the wider IK Subsea organization
• Follow-up, consolidate and report project KPIs and results to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in mechanical or materials engineering or equivalent
• Relevant experience
• Ability to deliver projects according to quality, cost and lead time
• Good communication and negotiating skills
• Be fluent in Norwegian and English
• Project coordination skills
• Motivational skills
• Capacity to identify and analyze risks and opportunities
• Ability to apply the available tools (ERP-system, MS Office, Business Online)
