Oda is a company on the move. We built Norway’s leading online grocery store and now we want to share what we’ve created with the world! Delivering a broad assortment of high-quality, affordable groceries to thousands of doorsteps is a complex process, but we believe we’ve cracked the code. Using data-driven methodology, with a focus on sustainability all the way along the chain, we are creating the most efficient retail system in the world. 

We need drivers for our Råde distribution point! We are looking for drivers wanting to work either 40% (Fridays and Saturdays) or 100% (Monday to Friday).

As a driver with us, you have a key role in presenting Oda to our customers! In this role, you will be part of our dedicated team of drivers and will report to the Delivery Operating Manager and Delivery Team Leader, and you'll deliver groceries and packages to our many customers. We believe that you would enjoy working as a driver in Oda if you can work independently while also working in teams, thrive under pressure, and are solution-oriented. It is also important that you enjoy being active, as this is a physically demanding job.

What you’ll do as Driver with us

• Delivering food and packages to our customers
• Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.
• Ensuring Customer service at the highest level
• Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times
• Training new drivers on the road
• Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes

The following will probably be helpful

• You must have a driver's license (Class B) for at least 1 year
• English is required, and knowing Norwegian or a Scandinavian language is beneficial.
