Our Research and Development department consists of over 80 developers, creating a vibrant community where knowledge is shared, fostering personal and professional growth. We focus on solving challenges collectively, allowing you to concentrate on contributing your skills to our shared objectives.

Whether you're well-versed in Linux, proficient in Python for system testing, or familiar with the standard developer tools, your problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn are what matter most. We believe in a two-way learning street - you bring valuable insights, and we will share our expertise to collectively create innovative solutions for our customers.

If you have an interest in video, audio, or networking, we're especially keen to hear from you. Your passion aligns with our excitement for pushing boundaries in these areas.

Upon finishing the First Year, you're established as a core team member. You will have made a direct impact on key solutions we provide to some of the largest TV operators in one of the most dominant industries in the world.

You will have the opportunity to take part of the development process from start to finish, all the way from the backend development in C++ to the frontend and testing in TypeScript and Python.
