Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 15,000 people in more than 20 countries.

Aker Solutions is looking for Structural designers – E3D/2D with experience in onshore or offshore projects. The project is based in Trondheim and will be led from there.

Position Responsibilities:

• Participate in EPCIC modification projects.
• Undertake diverse tasks and responsibilities.
• Design modules, including main structures, outfitting structures, support structures, and temporary structures.
• Utilize E3D as the primary design tool.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Levels Description:

• Engineer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with government and client requirements within the industry.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Proficient in E3D, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, TIME, and MIPS.
• Possess accuracy, flexibility, and strong organizational skills, along with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
