Are you ready to drive marketing effectiveness and lead generation growth? Do you like keeping track of what works and what doesn’t and sharing your findings with others? Nettbil is seeking a dynamic CRM and Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.
Nettbil was launched in 2017 with the ambition of making car sales faster, safer, and easier by having a range of car dealers bidding on the same car. The company has rapidly evolved to become the largest C2B (Consumer to Business) marketplace for used car sales, and with 50,000 cars sold to more than 2,100 dealers, it has become a leading company in the mobility industry.
Nettbil is owned by Schibsted, the largest marketplace operator in the Nordic region. With a strong focus on leveraging technology and improving user experience, Nettbil is one of the most exciting scale-up companies in Norway.
For this next part of our growth journey ramping up our lead generation strategies and marketing effectiveness is key to achieving our ambitions. New ways of lead creation and nurturing will be a focus area and you will need to drive and structure experimentation to create a solid setup for this by using methods of inbound marketing, CXM/CRM and performance marketing.
In your role, you will be cooperating closely with our Content Manager, CMO, Product Managers, Sales team and performance agency as well as pulling info and inspo from our strong network within Schibsted.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Set up and optimize marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert target audiences including conversion content/”lead magnets” and lead nurturing sequences
Implement lead generation tactics through various channels, including email marketing, marketing automation and social media
Publish and optimize ads for our social media platforms (Google Ads and programmatic buying in other channels is run by our performance agency)
Drive customer retention activities
Use data and analytics to continually improve lead generation and conversion strategies and drive the agenda on making data-driven marketing decisions
Work with the Sales and Product teams to get ideas and optimize
Own and deliver on a lead, sales and cost budget for your area of responsibility
Superuser and administrator of Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Meta Manager, Google Analytics and Adform
To succeed in this position we believe you have:
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, inbound marketing and/or CXM/CRM roles, demonstrating a track record of delivering results
Proven track record in creating and optimizing strategies for attracting, and converting target audiences by using content and lead nurturing sequences including using marketing automation
Strong proficiency in media performance tools such as Google Analytics to analyze effectiveness and propose improvements
Strong ability to master CRM/CXM/marketing automation tools. Experience with Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement would be an advantage
Solid experience with Meta Manager and other social media management tools
Previous responsibility for managing a marketing budget with a focus on lead generation goals
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and oral

As Performance & CXM Manager you will be a part of the marketing team and report to the CMO of Nettbil. Working location is our brand new office at Økern portal, situated right by the subway station at Økern in Oslo. We want our colleagues to be at the office as much as possible, to create magic together.
