Tesla is hiring an HR Shared Services Manager for the Nordics

Tesla is seeking an HR Shared Services Lead to join our growing HR Operations team in the Nordics. The role will have a strong focus on both operational delivery and effective team management, ensuring outstanding levels of service to our internal customers and supporting the ongoing development of our services. Our HR Operations team is an integral function that provides support to our Employee population. You will:

• Manage a team working on and supporting key employee life cycle processes such as new joiners, absence management and leavers. 
• Monitor and report upon key SLAs, metrics and KPIs. 
• Track and resolve escalations from employees and stakeholders to ensure that issues are addressed with accuracy and speed. 
• Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure ongoing accuracy and processing diligence. 
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees and stakeholders to explain and resolve queries and concerns.

You have:

• Relevant experience in Human Resources with a solid understanding of employment law.
• People management experience preferably in an HR Shared Service/Operations organisation.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word). 
• Experience owning compliance related topics and performing necessary audits.
• Business fluency in English required.
