Sales Coordinator

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Sales/Project Coordinator.
 

Job Description

• Support Sales team by taking ownership of internal follow-up on confirmed Sales and Rental jobs - from order confirmation through to invoicing
• Responsible for ensuring structured handovers and follow up with relevant departments in accordance with agreed processes
• Be the in-house focal point for various sales equipment
• Communication with customers and 3rd parties during project execution phase
• Create and maintain quotes and sales-orders and manage invoicing process for sales projects
• Perform technical support duties. i.e., prepare illustrations, schematics etc.
• Assist on technical proposals, procedures, tenders and bidding as requested
• Support Business Development and Sales team as required to ensure success and timely delivery of jobs
• Ensure that all projects are maintained in business systems according to established process

Qualification

• Technical education or BSc in Engineering or an equivalent level of employment history (essential)
• Relevant field and workshop experience within well construction, well completion or intervention (desirable)
• Working experience with downhole tools
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian(essential)
• Solutions oriented with the ability to acquiring a detailed understanding of Completion
• Tools’ technologies and applications in our customer’s wells
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Self-motivated and high workload capacity, ability to handle multiple ongoing jobs simultaneously
• Competency in standard IT application tool
