Driving the new subsea era

In August 2022, Aker Solutions entered into an agreement with SLB and Subsea 7 to form a new Joint Venture for subsea. Our Joint Venture came into effect on the 2nd of October 2023 and has been named OneSubsea.

By forming OneSubsea, SLB, Aker Solutions and Subsea 7 have come together to create the world’s leading subsea technology and solutions provider. We are focused on accelerating innovation to create a step change in subsea production economics and reduce emissions in subsea operations.

The joint venture brings together deep reservoir domain expertise, broad front-end and system design knowledge. We provide an extensive field-proven subsea production and processing technology portfolio, world-class manufacturing scale and capacity, and unique pore-to-process integration capabilities.   

OneSubsea is now looking for a Planner with experience from onshore or offshore projects. The project is lead from Ågotnes.

As project employee you will be employed by NES Advantage Solutions AS, working for OneSubsea.

Position Responsibilities:

• Plan projects and follow up within own portfolio.
• Maintain and develop planning processes for portfolio.
• Maintain accurate workload vs. capacity graphs, showing both current and forecast work.
• Collaborate with projects to ensure realistic Schedules.
• Establish scope, capacity & capability requirements schedule.
• Analyze the portfolio optimize based on capabilities & capacity.
• Monitor and report.
• Planning relevant KPIs and PIs, workload vs. capacity.
• Demonstrate HSSE and Quality mindset.

Skills and Levels Description:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within project execution.
• Minimum a bachelor's degree in technical science. Additional qualification in business management would be advantageous.
• Knowledge and high motivation within planning.
• Good understanding of project and- services execution.
• Skilled in SAP, Primavera and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and written language.
• Proactive and structured.
