Uptime has secured several significant new contracts within Offshore Wind and are experiencing strong growth in activity. We are seeking a high-performing individual to enchance and highlight the importance of HSEQ and sustainability. You will have full strategic and operational responsibility for the function and work together with the rest of the management team to ensure safe and sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership for developing, implementing and executing the HSEQ strategy
Lead and contribute to proactivity through HSEQ awareness, training and risk management
Create, monitor and report performance metrics across the business for the function
Provide ownership of ISO certifications and procedures
Develop, maintain, keep track of and follow up the Quality System, including Non-Conformances
Monitor HSEQ and sustainability-related laws and regulations, assessing their applicability to Uptime's operations and product requirements

Qualifications:

BSc/MSc in relevant subjects
Several years of experience within Renewables, Marine or Oil and Gas industry with proven ability to drive change and improvement programmes
Significant HSEQ and Sustainability experience from relevant industry at management level in organisations that are subjected to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification
Strong written and oral communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
