HSE & QA Superintendent

We are recruiting for the position HSE&QA Superintendent to join our team in Haugesund. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are genuinely interested and passionate about the shipping industry.

Knutsen OAS Shipping AS is a world leading company within shuttle tanker and LNG carrier operations. We manage a fleet of 58 vessels in operation. Duties and responsibilities

• Follow up Company HSE Reports in Unisea
• Review, Identify, follow up best practice for vessels HSE meetings and safety task
• Identify best practices for fleet sharing
• Form common and review/revise risk assessments
• Offering HSE relevant operational support and advice to the vessels and line organization
• Monitoring vessel compliance with IMO, class, flag state, and operators requirements
• Promoting good Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) within the fleet
• Promoting the company's HSEQ policy and safety culture
• Promoting continuous improvement of the safety management system
• Be part of company internal auditing team
  

Qualifications

• Deck officer / Engineer and working experience from Vessels/offshore
• Be familiar with applicable rules, regulations and industry guidelines
• Good understanding of TMSA, SIRE processes
• Good knowledge of ISM and relevant ISO standards (9001, 14001 and 45001)
• Familiar with HSEQ processes related to fleet safety performance
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
