Job Description
Role Purpose:
This role involves coordinating QHSE activities in accordance with action plans, customer and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include overseeing working environment activities, audits, and action plans. The role also involves managing incidents and non-conformities, risk analyses, statistical analyses.
The position shall support the development and update of procedures, collaborating with MODU management, company health service provider and safety delegates.
Traveling offshore for follow-ups, conducting audits and investigations, and ensuring compliance with the Competence Management systems for offshore personnel.
The role also involves keeping operational management informed, assisting with promoting the QHSE work internally as well as for customers and external parties, and facilitating risk analyses and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- Higher education (MSc, BSc or equivalent) and documented solid experience within QHSE work on MODUs, as well as improvement processes. Long relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal education
- Knowledge/experience of statutory requirements associated with MODUs
- Competence and experience within follow-up on working environment
- Good written and verbal English
- Experience of the use of relevant QHSE IT tools/database systems
