To support this expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Business Controller to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

We are seeking a business controller with strong business acumen to help grow our exciting ehealth scale up.

As a Business Controller at Tellu you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and ensuring the company's financial health. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing key insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong financial acumen to contribute to the growth of Tellu.

Responsibilities: 

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

• Support and over time lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to set financial targets.

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Track budget and forecast performance and provide regular reports to management and the board.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand variances and drive corrective actions.

Strategic projects and improvement initiatives

• Lead our support in various strategic project and business improvement initiatives 

Business support tools

• Support the CFO in overseeing and improving financial business systems including ERP and relevant integrations. Improve and maintain!

• Become a super user of our ERP platform Visma.net (hower prior experience is not a requirement)

• Always look for opportunities to use smart digital tools (including no-code tools) to improve quality and efficiency of financial processes.

Other

• Support in improving financial related routines and business processes (e.g reporting, invoicing, ordering, etc)

• Be the secretary of the board

We belive you have

• Higher education, preferably master’s degree in business administration or finance

• Proven experience as a Business Controller or similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams

• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools

• Experience from Power BI or similar business intelligence tool 

• A strong growth and willingness to learn mindset!
