Hydro Aluminium Metal a leading supplier of extrusion ingots, sheet ingots, foundry alloys, wire rods and high-purity aluminum with a global production network of around 5,000 employees. With primary metal production facilities in Europe, Canada, Australia, Brazil and Qatar, and recycling facilities throughout Europe and in the U.S., two-thirds of our primary aluminum production is based on renewable energy.

Business Unit Recycling currently runs nine recycling facilities in Europe and the U.S., in addition to Alumetal's four plants in Poland and Hungary. We are actively pursuing growth projects across geographies to meet our growth ambitions and achieve our goal to be a world-class producer of recycled aluminium.

Qualifications that will help you get ahead:
First of all, we believe that the right candidate for this position has high integrity and is motivated by responsibility, a high pace combined with varied tasks and the opportunity to make a difference. To succeed, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and collaborate at all organizational levels are needed. Other desirable skills are being structured and analytical, and at the same time being a good listener and being able to adjust courses based on input.

Desired qualifications:

• We are looking for candidates with minimum 2-3 years of experience in the HR field.

• Relevant degree at Bachelor level is required, but a Master's degree in HR or Social Sciences will be a huge advantage

• Fluent English, both written and verbal. Other relevant language skills will be considered positively

• Experience with HR analytics, talent development and mobility are an advantage
  
  

Location & Travel:
Location for the position is flexible but will preferably be Oslo, Norway, or a location at one of Aluminium Metal's recycling plants in Europe. Some business travel will be required.
