What you will do

Your super skill is to simplify complex problems. You do this with help of fact-based analyses and a top-notch design process with wireframes and prototyping in Figma, user testing and concept validation, workshops, and interviews. All this involves developers, users, and other stakeholders literally sitting next door in our Oslo office - or in Stockholm or Manchester.

Who are you

You have a passion for usability and technology, takes initiative and have a strong commitment to tasks and results. Communication and cooperation with others are fundamental for success. With at least a couple of years` experience as UX-designer – which even may be from in-house systems like CRM, ERP etc. - we believe you will succeed. A Bachelor or Master in relevant areas is preferable, but this can be compensated by proven, relevant experience. We value candidates who are constantly looking to improve their skills, share their knowledge, and enjoy collaborating on solving real business problems.
