What you will do

You enjoy driving changes in the UX-area by defining structures, ambitions, competence, and capacity needs. The work is across multiple teams and business units, and to succeed you constantly ensure that involved parties understand why and how. You actively arrange training, facilitate workshops, as well as coaching UX-designers, developers, and BU-specialists. It`s important to understand when to ask for permissions – but you don’t always do.

We also believe that our Lead will benefit from doing hands-on UX-work, and in addition to build and improve our UX structures, you will work as UX designer in one of our cross-functional agile development teams. The work will involve developers, users, and other stakeholders literally sitting next door in our Oslo office - or in Stockholm or Manchester.

Who are you

You have a proven ability to drive changes, and a passion for usability and technology. Proactivity and initiatives come easily, and your commitment to tasks and results is strong. Communication and cooperation are fundamental for success, and you have a strong ability to organize, facilitate and drive design processes. E.g., workshops, interviews, user testing etc.

With at least 5 years` of experience as UX-designer/UX Lead – which even may be from in-house systems like CRM, ERP etc. - we believe you will succeed. A Bachelor or Master in relevant areas is preferable, but this can be compensated by proven, relevant experience.
