Energy Solutions (EnSol) is one of the main business units in Rein. EnSol invests in behind-the-meter projects to decarbonize the industry. We develop, execute, and operate projects for industrial customers by providing battery storage, on-site generation, and energy efficiency solutions. Our current core markets are Norway, Germany, and Sweden.

We are now looking to hire our next Head of Project Management, in a role which combines overall responsibility for project performance and people management with a project management portfolio of your own.

Responsibilities
You will have overall responsibility for EnSol project performance through leadership of the Project Managers, as well as developing project best practices and execution strategy to support our growth ambitions.

Main tasks include to:

• Ensure project performance incl. compliance with operating model, HSE, sustainability, on time and budget, high quality, and preparation for successful operations.
• Coach Project Managers in developing the projects, preparing changes in project scope/risks and managing contractors.
• Maintain continuous learning and improvement of project management governance and procedures.
• Drive development and implementation of project management and collaboration tools, lead change management initiatives.
• Drive development of contracts overview tools and procedures.
• Oversee stakeholder management (incl. customer and key supplier relationship).
• Manage resource allocation to portfolio needs and strengthen organization to prepare for future EnSol projects in terms of capabilities and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in project management, and 3-5 years as a team leader.
• Good understanding of sustainability, HSE and high standard project governance.
• Preferable experience within renewable energy and large industrial sites.
• Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial preferred)
• Fluent in written and verbal English is a requirement, additional Scandinavian language or German will be an advantage.
• Position will require some business travels.

Additional information
You will be part of the Hydro Rein Energy Solutions' leadership team and report to Head of Energy Solutions. The position is based in Oslo/Norway.
