Operations Manager
Huddly is a dynamic and innovative video conference company dedicated to providing high-quality experiences to our customers. We are committed to excellence, growth, and making a positive impact in our industry. We are looking for a motivated Operations Manager to join our team in changing the future of video meetings.
As an Operations Manager at Huddly, you will be part of the operations team whose main responsibility is to ensure deliveries to our customers. We are an active part of the product timeline from NPI to EOL and are interacting with all areas of the organization as well as our manufacturers and suppliers.
You will use your expertise to make data-driven decisions, lead procurement initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership over the Supply Chain within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships to maintain a seamless flow of materials and products.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving operational issues and escalations.
- Issue RFQs & negotiate terms.
- Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, logistics, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
- Represent Operations in new projects and prepare the supply chain for product launch.
- Collaborate with the R&D team on technology, supplier selection, and value engineering.
- Issue and follow up purchase orders where needed.
- Some travel is to be expected.
Skills and qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Finance.
- Experience with contract evaluation and negotiations for volume products.
- Self-driven and proactive team player.
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software and tools.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.

This position is located at our office in Oslo. You will need to have a valid work permit for Norway.
