On-site IT Engineer

Onsite IT Engineer

We are looking for a versatile and service-minded Onsite IT Engineer for our customer's office in Porsgrunn.

You'll get an interesting and varied role as your support our clients' daily IT operations, serve as a local point of contact, and coordinate support with from our service desk. If you have broad general IT knowledge and perhaps also experience supporting MS Intune, Azure, Horizon VDI, you may be just who we are looking for!

You will be part of our growing Larvik office, but spend most days working on-site in Porsgrunn. Are you who we are looking for? Come join us!

Your contributions:

• Troubleshooting, debugging, and problem solving
• Ownership of customer's ticket queue in ServiceNow
• Coordination and alignment with our Technical Account Manager and customer's onsite Service Desk.
• Regular inspection of onsite meeting rooms.
• Documentation - Creation/maintenance of knowledge articles
• Collaborate with other teams and support internal project work when required
• Help proactively identifying ways to improve the customer and user experience

Who you are?

• A few years experience within IT service coordination and support, ideally working with MS Intune, Azure, Horizon VDI.
• Service-oriented and committed with a strong sense of ownership.
• Take pride in delivering great quality and good customer experience.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A team player and contribute to knowledge transfer and competence development.
• Higher relevant degree is preferred, but experience/skills may compensate for lack of formal qualifications
• Full fluency in Norwegian and English is a requirement
