As we embark on our journey, we are looking for a Content Manager with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset for our headquarters centrally located in Oslo or Stockholm.
Content Manager
As a native Norwegian and/or Swedish speaker, you will be the driving force behind the creation and execution of compelling content that resonates with our users and brings the unique features of our loyalty program and currency to life. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand narrative, establish a strong online presence, and drive user engagement.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives and
Brand identify: Create engaging and relevant content to communicate the value proposition of our new app, loyalty program, and currency.
Brand Storytelling: Craft and communicate a compelling brand story that highlights the unique features and benefits of our loyalty program, resonating with our target audience.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms, including the app, website, social media, and email campaigns.
User Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention through creative and interactive content initiatives. Foster a sense of community among users through content that encourages participation and loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align content initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to assess content performance, gather user insights, and refine content strategies accordingly.
Community Building: Develop and manage content for community-building initiatives, encouraging user interaction and loyalty program adoption.
Required experience and qualifications:
- Tertiary Education with a focus on Marketing or Business is preferred but not essential. Relevant experience and a proven track record will be given strong consideration.
- Proven experience and success over 5 years+ as a Content Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, user engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs and digital currencies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Agency experience desirable (demonstrates ‘stakeholder’ skills).
