The position

By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:
Join a team with a broad range of responsiblities and tasks, providing essential support across the Equinor global organisation with cases relating to Financial Architecture, Data Analytics and Finance Systems. 

As an Analyst in this team you will:

  • Provide professional and effective advice to the F&C community and wider business regarding financial models, financial master data and governance.
  • Deliver operational support for Financial master data across the business by processing support desk requests, including the delegation of financial authority and handling of organisational changes.
  • Advise the business on the right data set-up to enable correct and efficient cost management and analysis.
  • Create, implement, and maintain standards for the efficient creation, maintenance and digitalization of master data.
  • Take part in a major project, supporting a smooth transition to a new SAP solution via the NextGenERP.

  • A Bachleor`s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant subject.
  • Previous experience working in a related environment such as within finance or business.
  • A keen interest in data, processes, and frameworks. You may already be exploring an interest in coding, software or IT systems.
  • Possible previous experience of working with the SAP application platform, and a general knowledge of Finance and Control reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Your ability to work in English, both spoken and written. 
  • Your drive to work as part of a team, and an attention to detail that will set you up for success.
