Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled Instrument engineer to work in a feed project consisting of new module and brownfield adaptation on an onshore installation. The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop his/her skills within instrumentation in a large international working environment:

Typical tasks include:
Field instrumentation solutions and requirements for Feed phase project
Develop field instrument philosophies & solutions to the required level
Develop strategy, philosophy and design measurement solutions
Develop technical specifications and prepare relevant documentation for ITT preparation
Participate and arrange meetings, workshops and reviews for instrument discipline

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree or Technical College Diploma
Ex course (to be renewed every 5 years)
Valid FSE course

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 6 years’ Experience from field instrumentation design activities, measurement solutions and principles, including reviews and responsibilities from onshore or offshore green field projects.
Experience and deep knowledge of instrumentation design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO and IEC
Detail knowledge of Equinor technical requirements (TRs)

Required Qualifications:

Efficient communicator, who communicate well in English - Both orally and in writing
Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment
Ability to work independently as well as in team
Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
