Communications Advisor - Sustainability

The position

• Advise management teams on communication approach to our sustainability agenda.
• Ability to execute communication plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide internal and external communication deliveries to engage our key stakeholders on sustainability topics.
• Prepare communication material (speeches, articles, presentations, and briefs).
• Work with the wider communication team to provide context and ensure coherent messaging.
• Support senior management and heads of communication.

• University degree at Bachelor or Master’s level in a relevant field of communication or public affairs. 

  Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
• More than 7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience of dealing with energy and/or sustainability issues is an advantage.
• Proven ability to engage with a range of public stakeholders and promote business priorities towards key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong organisational and collaboration skills.
• Excellent command of English and Norwegian, both oral and written.
