100% IT support position

The International School of Stavanger is looking for a person who is interested and has skills within IT. You can be formally educated or not, as long as you are interested in helping people to solve big and small issues during a school day. This is the requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the IT department with the day to day operation of the ticketing system ensuring staff needs are met
• Be able to troubleshoot a range of hardware and software including Mac OS, iOS and Windows environments
• Check in and out assets as required
• Support the IT Manager in the maintenance of accounts across a range of systems
• Support students with technical issues
• Troubleshoot basic printing issues

Required Skills:

• High level of troubleshooting skills supporting a range of digital technologies
• Autonomy and the ability to work independently
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines based on staff needs

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with OS ticket or equivalent ticketing system
• Familiarity with Jamf Pro or equivalent Apple MDM
