Job Description:
As Project Coordinator you are responsible for planning and logistics in a dedicated project. You will be part of a project team of experts and play a key role to ensure successful service delivery.

Define and update project schedule with focus on duration and milestone dates
Coordinate activities between project, workshop, procurement and warehouse in order to ensure progress and delivery on time
Maintain project forecast and make sure that risk and opportunities are flagged for stakeholders
Secure inventory accuracy of equipment and spare parts
Evaluate availability and request equipment from customer and rental department.
Plan and initiate transport of operational equipment, spare parts and consumables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree within planning and logistics, or minimum 5 years of experience within supply chain management
Proactive and structured mind-set
The ability to support the team and care for people around you
Proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently as well as in a team
Great communication skills
