Vedlikeholdstekniker, mekaniske fag

Skretting Aquaculture Innovation (AI) søker nå etter en Vedlikeholdstekniker, mekaniske fag til vår forsøksfabrikk i Stavanger.  Som vedlikeholdstekniker, mekaniske fag er du en viktig bidragsyter i fabrikkens produksjonsteam. Du vil ha overordnet ansvar for effektiv styring - og gjennomføring av vedlikeholdsoppgaver i fabrikken og fabrikkens bygningsmasse. Du vil være ansvarlig for å planlegge, kontrollere og utføre vedlikehold i fabrikken, og slik sørge for best mulig produksjonskapasitet.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

• Planlegge, kontrollere og utføre vedlikehold i fabrikken, og sørge for at vårt vedlikeholdssystem Plania er oppdatert ihht dette.  
• Sørge for trygge omgivelser og ivareta HSE i henhold til Skretting AI’s retningslinjer
• Koordinere nødvendige vedlikeholds aktiviteter for å sikre optimal produksjonseffektivitet.
• Delta i daglig produksjon ved behov
• Kontakt med eksterne leverandører, for vedlikehold av prosessutstyr
• Identifisere, rapportere og følge opp avvik og forbedringer.
• Identifisere opplæringsbehov, gi opplæring og støtte til personalet.

• Gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner er avgjørende for å lykkes i stillingen, og du må være komfortabel med å kommunisere på engelsk.

We are looking for qualified and hands-on professional with a mechanical background, to join our team in the role of Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for planning, controlling, and executing maintenance-work in the plant, while also serving operation duties as an operator when necessary. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our Feed Technology team, ensuring the best possible production capacity and continuous development of Skretting AI’s feed technology plant (FTP).

Tasks and responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and perform maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality of equipment and facilities.
• Ensure a safe working environment according to Skretting AI’s HSE guidelines (Health, Safety, and Environment)”
• Contribute to the development and improvement of maintenance procedures and protocols.
• Participate in daily production if necessary
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for equipment servicing and repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Identify training-needs within the team

What we ask and what you bring:

• Technical / Mechanical certificate, or other relevant field.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
• You like to work independently, are solution oriented and have a proactive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills is key to succeed in the role, and you must be comfortable communicating in English.
