In this role you will support the Local Division achieving its short- and long-term targets through working integrated with Sales and strategy implementation functions in the Local Division. You will be responsible for shaping value messages and delivering these value messages to target audience in all relevant channel.
This position reports to Hub Marketing and Communication Manager in Northern Europe and functionally to Local Division Sales manager.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, executing, monitoring, reporting, and budgeting the strategic & integrated marketing communication plan that align with Local Division business strategy.
- Responsible for internal & external marketing activities, local trade shows, exhibition, speaking opportunities, customer event including topics, messaging, and promotion.
- Collaborate with media relation personnel to enhance PAEN’s media exposure locally.
- Drive online campaigns and distribute news on relevant channels.
- Identify and highlight strategically key wins, successes, case studies, and technology applications to produce local content.
- Contribute by shaping the organizational culture and driving employee engagement by developing and implementing internal communication plan.
- Across Local Division`s collaboration, work closely with Hub Marcom communities to learn, share, and exchange knowledge, ideas, innovation, and best practices.
Your background
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Professional with more than 7 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or related fields – B2B preferred.
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing, competence in CRM and marketing automation programs (SFDC and Pardot as a plus).
- Analytical competence with communication metrics, measurement and KPIs.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a big team and with colleagues have different background.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (Written and Spoken).
