To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions team in Fornebu is looking for a Senior Field Instrument Engineer who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing? 

You will be working as Senior Field Instrument Engineer together with other colleagues in the Hugin A project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:

• Responsible engineer for instrumented valves and instrumentation
• Create inquiries, evaluate and coordinate technical quotations with relevant disciplines
• Create call-off orders on the above, evaluate and follow-up supplier documentation and implement in project design

We think you should have some of the following:

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Good experience with instrument and valve actuator design in oil and gas industries
• Good experience with Norwegian offshore design
• Good experience with relevant requirements and standards
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Team player
• Software Skills: Microsoft tools

Working location: Fornebu, Oslo
Contract duration: December 2024 with option for extension
