As we embark on our journey, we are looking for a Data Analyst with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset for our headquarters centrally located in Oslo.
Data Analyst
We are looking for a data analyst to help us deepen our understanding of member and learn what matters to them so that we can deliver excellent loyalty for our partners. You’ll be highly inquisitive, and you’ll love using data and technology to reveal actionable insights that drive unique customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver analytical projects that support customer engagement and growth strategies, for example how to target existing customers and prospects.
- Analyse customer data to help partners understand their customers’ behaviors. and preferences so they know how to communicate with them effectively and design offers that they find appealing and relevant, for example: enriched customer profiles, behavioral segmentations, and predictive models.
- Develop and maintain program KPIs and data visualizations to enable partners and other stakeholders to track program performance.
- Enable Partners to quantify program ROI and ensure that the best methods and data are being used to support this.
- Work with internal marketing, CRM and partner team to build testing strategies and segmentation approaches.
- Provide insight to functions across the business to help them improve decision-making processes and planning.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests.
Required experience and qualifications:
- Degree qualified in a quantitative subject, e.g. Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics.
- Excellent analytical skills, you have experience of using statistical/data science techniques
- Extensive experience using data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio.
- Experience of building customer segmentations, propensity models and applying other customer analysis techniques.
- Experience building audiences for B2C marketing and loyalty campaigns, and measuring their effectiveness.
- Able to present insights from complex data clearly and concisely to all stakeholders.
- A critical eye – you’re able to maintain quality throughout your work.
- Experience of multi-variate testing is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience of travel and/or retail loyalty programs is desirable, but not essential.
- Speak and write fluently in Norwegian and English.
- Experience working cross-functionally within teams.
- Experience working for a multi-market company.
