CRM Manager
We are looking for a CRM Manager with prior experience creating campaigns for B2C organizations and brands, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Work with our Partner and Marketing teams to translate campaign briefs into campaign plans that deliver high impact campaigns to our members.
- Use member data and our marketing technologies to identify the most suitable audiences for our campaigns in accordance with our program principles and data governance rules.
- Develop and maintain day-to-day delivery plans for all campaigns.
- Co-ordinate the creation of all campaign content.
- Load campaign content into our content management system.
- Ensure campaign offer rules are implemented correctly in our offer management system.
- Work with the Head of CRM & Analytics to ensure we achieve the highest quality standards across targeting and creative execution by applying quality assurance checks to all aspects of campaign development across data, content, and offers.
- Implement test and control strategies to help us learn which offers and messaging deliver the best outcomes.
- Ensure performance measures are in place for all campaigns and use our analytical tools to provide campaign performance data to our Partner and Marketing teams.
- Work with the Head of CRM & Analytics to manage the annual marketing calendar across Partner and Program marketing.
Required experience and qualifications:
- Experience creating campaigns for B2C organizations and brands for at least 2 years.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience using consumer marketing technology.
- Comfortable and experienced in working with consumer data.
- Have a critical eye – you’re able to maintain quality throughout the campaign. process and resolve problems quickly before they escalate.
- Proven ability to create plans, anticipate risks and prioritize time critical activities, keeping stakeholders informed along the way.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign management operational processes
- Speak and write fluently in Norwegian and English
- Experience of travel and/or retail loyalty programs.
