Framo's Marine Service Support Team is Strengthening – Join the Growth!

The Marine Service department in Framo is responsible for providing global after-sales service, support, training and spare parts for the Framo Cargo Pumping System.

Our system plays a crucial role in the worldwide seaborne chemical and products trade. In our ambition to continuously grow and improve, we are in the process of strengthening our marine service support team in Bergen, Norway.

As a leading provider of cargo pumping systems, we prioritize service and support to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of our equipment. To further this mission, we are seeking a dynamic, outgoing and result-oriented professional to join us as a Customer Support Engineer. In this capacity, you will be working to provide both technical and commercial support to thousands of Framo-fitted vessels through shipping companies and technical management firms. You will also be working closely with our offices abroad to establish a collective effort to serve our customers at an even higher level.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Oversee and administer the Framo service program.  
• Provide technical and commercial support to international customers and Framo offices worldwide.
• Conduct customer meetings and foster relationships.

We Seek a Candidate Who:

• Hold a higher technical or commercial education. (Graduating students are also encouraged to apply.)
• Exhibit strong capabilities to work independently and systematically in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Embrace international travel as part of their role.
• Demonstrate fluency in English, the primary working language.
