Pizza Da Mimmo is growing! Head chef, Chefs, Pizzaiolos and Waitors

We are looking for talented chefs, pizzaiolos and waiters to work in our upcoming restaurant at Lilleaker, Oslo. This will be the second Pizza Da Mimmo restaurant in Oslo.

At Pizza Da Mimmo Lilleaker you’ll prepare/ serve authentic italian food, while working in a fun, fast paced and casual work environment. The restaurant will open in January 2024.

We appreciate eager and involved team members and you’ll be given the opportunity to be involved in decisions regarding menu and service. We offer competitive salary.

Head chef

Work tasks:

• Daily production, operation and follow-up of the kitchen
• Maintenance of kitchen equipment
• IK Mat and hygiene routines
• Responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience 
• Experience from italian cuisine
• English speakers
• Previous experinece as a head chef
• Knowledge about norwegian food hygiene standards

Pizzaiolos and Chefs

Work tasks:

•  Prepare Italian dishes of high quality. This includes pasta, appetizers, salads and desserts/ Prepare Pizza Da Mimmo- style pizza
• Follow routines concerning food hygiene and safety
• Contribute to an including work environment with other chefs and waiters

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience 
• Experience from italian cuisine
• English speakers

Waiters

Qualifications

• Experience from service/ restaurant
• Eager and positive 
• Fluent in Norwegian or English
