Our brilliant office manager Annetta is moving next door and now we are looking forward to getting to know YOU – our next office manager & executive assistant!
We seek candidates with the passion and heart, wanting to build and drive a positive and lively office culture. That, and in combination of getting the job(s) done. You will be our go-to person for our dedicated team, offering support and assistance
Job purpose
Your role is to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly, supporting our CEO and team, and contributing to a great atmosphere which you will help create. You will also be administrating some of our HR-related processes.

Responsibilities include
- Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements for CEO with enthusiasm and precision
- Daily running of office, managing supplies, vendors, invoices and services.
- Help maintain and further create our great office atmosphere.
- Administer HR-related work tasks
- Opportunity to grow within other HR-related tasks & responsibilities
- Organize events in close collaboration with communications.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor´s degree or experience from related field
- More than 3 years of full-time experience within PA, office management, and/or HR
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and get things done
- Digitally comfortable working in the cloud and with common digital tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, HR-platforms etc)
- Ability to synthesize business information and recapture the essence
- Exposure to HR-related work tasks is an advantage
- Experience in handling international C-level stakeholders is a plus
