PRODUCT SALES SPECIALIST, LICENSING AND SOFTWARE
Are you interested in B2B Sales and end-user experience while working with cutting-edge technologies, partners, and cyber security solutions? My name is Isto Pasanen and I lead our Solution Sales and Go-to-market team around IT services globally at Telia. Right now, I am looking for an experienced Sales Specialist for our Software and License businesses to join our team and maybe it is you who I am looking for.
Is this your next opportunity?
As a Sales Specialist, you will work closely with the product, operations, and local sales teams to support opportunities centered around our Software-as-a-Service business with a special focus on Microsoft and SME-customers in Norway. You will become a part of a global team of 15 people, where you and one other co-worker is located in Oslo. You will assist the sales teams to drive revenue by helping to qualify accounts, drive leads as well as prepare and deliver solutions appropriate to our customers’ requirements.
Daily work task includes, but aren’t limited to:
- Supporting sales opportunities and responding to RFP/RFI's either wholly or in part; handling any technical questions or issues that arise during a sales cycle in terms of licenses and Microsoft-related services.
- Working as a business consultant or technical expert, supporting our customers in their digitalization needs
- Create and run trainings for Sales
- Incentive calculations in cases
- Supporting in different partner portal matters
- finding beneficial opportunities for our business, and maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge about competitor’s products or services.
Is this you?
You have great communications skills in English and Norwegian (or other Scandinavian language), both in writing and in speech. We believe that you have a passion for B2B sales, as well as being tech savvy, curious and have a sharp focused on end-user experience. Finally, you are a team player, collaborating well with colleagues and partners in an international environment.
Your experience:
We imagine you have a university degree within engineering, marketing, computer science or similar. You may currently be working as sales specialist, product specialist or a solution specialist and have a tech background. You have around 3 years’ experience selling and delivering software and license-based business models. Also, you are experienced in supervising and participating in technical meetings with customers and leading customer implementation projects. You know of end-user services, security services and cloud computing. Finally, you are an expert in Microsoft portfolio, preferably with some certifications within that area. Knowledge/understanding from other SaaS/Cloud services such as WithSecure, Amazon Web Services is a benefit.
