Project Manager - EC Drill & RMR

Our client designs, manufactures and operates drilling solutions for the global offshore industry.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dedicated, pro-activ, and experienced EC Drill & RMR project manager.

The EC Drill & RMR project manager is responsible for planning, execution and evaluation
of projects within all operational disciplines.

The project manager may be required to work offshore for temporary visits if required for management follow up, site visits or personal experience needed to execute future
projects.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Min 2 years working experience preferably as a supervisor/team leader/foreman within the offshore industry

• Strong project management skills including: - Full understanding of contract terms and conditions,- Project planning capability,- Strong customer communication skills
• Commercial understanding of project revenue, cost and profit In depth knowledge in all EDR services and systems, including function, applications, risks, and limitations of EC Drill, CTS, RMR & MPC services
• Able to manage an offshore crew, including briefing, onshore operational support, and de-briefing
• Ability to understand drilling operations / well control procedures and training coursematerial
• Capable to write project specific procedures
• Capable to lead risk assessments for all EDR operations
• Demonstrated focus on cost efficiency
• Skills in developing and training personnel
• English verbal and written
• Offshore certificates
• Computer skills within standard software

• Leadership and management skills
• Good communication skills
• Working orderly and structured
• Able to work independently and proactive
• Team worker
