Volue is looking for Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager to join our great Strategy Team in Oslo

As the Manager for Post-Merger Integrations & Strategic Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful integration of acquired businesses into Volue, and lead other strategic projects to enable the company to achieve its ambitious targets.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Plan and execute post-merger integrations ensuring smooth transitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrations, monitor progress and manage risks
• Initiate and lead internal improvement or change initiatives

What you need to succeed:

• Degree in business administration, finance, strategy or similar. This can be compensated for by relevant work experience.
• Min 3+ years of experience in similar roles
• Strong understanding of M&A processes, including integration planning and execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English

The position reports to COO and we are looking to hire for Volue office in Oslo or Trondheim.
