In the Software team for the Controls & Automation product line, we are developing the Surface and Subsea Controls Systems technology platforms. The C&A Software and Engineering team works with various technologies, including analog electronics, FPGA, SoC, power design, safety design, motor controller design, and power line modems. These technologies are utilized in different control system applications and software.

We have created a DevOps and Software QA team to support our team's modernization and facilitate our solution standardization, simplification, and Industrialization with a high emphasis on automation using modern SW Engineering.To help strengthen this area, we are searching for a Manager DevOps & SW QA.

The DevOps and Software QA team designs, describes , implements and manages standard solution and frameworks for process automation and QA. Its goals are to:

• CI/CD (establish processes, pipelines and elements, manage tools, version control, holistic tool chain)
• Ensure reliable (Cloud) operations (create, manage and improve environment)
• Leverage industrialization of automation opportunities (Infrastructure as Code, configuration managers)
• Standardization of tool chain
• Defining the overall quality assurance approach, testing strategy for the projects/products and verification methods
• Maintaining quality dashboard and QA KPIs
• Develop & Maintain an Automated Test framework integrated on CI/CD
• Develop & Maintain a Test environment preparation in the Cloud (virtualization, hardware)

• BSc or MSc in Software engineering or quality engineering
• Capable of a structural approach to solving complex problems
• Open-minded, speak professional English and is adaptable for working
  in multicultural environment
• Continuously seeking improvements and thrive working with change management
• Having an interest in quality management and DevOps.
