OptoScale has developed an innovative camera technology that, by using AI and machine learning, can provide fish farmers with unique insight into what is happening with the fish beneath the ocean surface.
We are now in need of another service-oriented team member for our customer success team.
Customer success is the core of OptoScale, and as a Customer Support Consultant at OptoScale you'll do your best to ensure our customers maximize the value of our solutions. Our customers are spread out over the entire salmon-producing world, meaning Norway, Chile, Scotland, Iceland, The Faroe Islands, and Canada.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include;
• Follow up on our customers all over the world
• Coordination with our inhouse production department
• Ensure customers receive proper training and effective support in our web portal
• Help customers analyse data to achieve better insights
• Convey customer needs to our R&D department to ensure customer-centric development
• (Optional) Logistics booking for the shipment of cameras to and from customers
We think you'll thrive in this role if you;
• Have experience from the aquaculture industry
• Have experience from a similar role
• Are comfortable with both Norwegian and English, verbally and written
• Have an analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
• Somewhat technical interest
• Enjoy helping people
