We are looking for candidates for Response and Support Centre Operator in Stavanger

The RSC Operator role is presential (not remote), and shall be performed from company's office in Stavanger (Forus). 

Main tasks include: 

• Receive and act on reports of serious incidents, including further notification and mobilization of company’s emergency response organization. 
• Monitor threat (safety and security) through digital information systems, assess and create alerts to relevant stakeholders. 
• Support accounting for people during incidents and during business travel, using electornic systems and tools.
• Collaborate with company’s emergency organization by monitoring, responding, and executing tasks in an digital Crisis Management tool (CIM). Conduct notification and mass communication to employees when required. 
• Notify and collaborate with relevant authorities when required.
• The position implies 24/7 shift work.

Competence Requirements:

• Experience from other similar positions within security and/or emergency response. 
• A degree level education. 
• Good IT and digital skills. 
• Prior knowledge to applications CIM, Dataminr or Tracker is not required, but considered an advantage. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English required. 
• High ethical standard. 
• Ability to handle stress and follow established protocols in emergency situations.
• Able to work alone and also in cooperation with other operators. 
• Able to work in shifts, covering nights, weekends, holidays, etc. 
• Good analytic, problem solving and communication skills.
