To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Fornebu is looking for an Engineer – Pipe Support Checker who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing? 

You will be working as Engineer – Pipe Support Checker together with other colleagues in the Valhall project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:

• Design and 3D modelling of pipe supports
• Coordinate the pipe support interfaces as necessary for assigned tasks
• Ensure that interfaces towards other disciplines are handled in an efficient way
• Checking of Pipe support drawings and other pipe support documents according to project requirements

We think you should have some of the following:

• BSc in engineering with experience from offshore related industry
• Good general knowledge of the scope of work for pipe supporter
• Software Skills: E3D, CAP SUPPORT, STAAD, pro Navisworks
• Previous Aker Solution experience is preferrable
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and oral)

Working location: Fornebu, Oslo
Contract duration: February 2025 with option for extension
