HR Business Partner
Statkraft is growing, and with our ambitious strategy towards 2030, we are looking for a HR Business Partners (HRBP) to further develop our organisation and strengthen the local HR team in Statkraft Norway.
HR across Statkraft is continuously working to enable good organisational and people development, and the best possible day-to-day employee experience for our Statkraft colleagues. We are currently seeking a HR business partner that will deliver strategic and proactive HR support to leaders and employees in Norway.
As an HRBP you will contribute strategically and operationally to the business by:
- Being an essential sparring partner to the leaders and all employees in the company on a wide range of employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, HR operations, change processes, local employment laws/regulations and more.
- Supporting the development, running the local execution and implementation of HR strategy and selected global initiatives based on local business understanding.
- Collaborating closely with leaders and colleagues in all parts of the HR function to make the right people decisions and positively impact the overall results of the business function.
- Being responsible for local compliance with laws, regulations, and other requirements in relation to employment together with the Employer policy department.
Qualifications
You could be in the beginning of your career, or be an experienced HRBP, we are interested in talking to both. We believe you have:
- Relevant education within HR, Organizational Development, Social Sciences (Bachelors/Masters degree)
- Experience from both operational and strategic HR roles where you work to proactively ensure great support and being a trusted advisor to leaders and employees
- Good communication skills and ability to influence others, while being a role model for our values and desired culture
- Good business understanding, result-driven, agile and customer-oriented
- Good knowledge about relevant IT systems and tools is an advantage
- Experience from working in an international matrix organization is an advantage
We are looking for candidates who have oral and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
