The BW Offshore Summer Internship is tailored for students embarking on their last year of graduate studies. A group of Summer Interns get to spend time in several of our company locations throughout an exciting internship programme. With international exposure and real tasks, we target to build a solid foundation for the Students future careers.

The main objective of our Summer Internship programme is to be able to offer the best performing interns an opportunity to join our Graduate programme as permanent employees in BW Offshore upon completion of their studies.

What is the BW Offshore Summer Internship?

The Summer Internship is an 8 to 12 week internship stretching from mid-June to mid-August 2024. We will employ Summer Interns in Norway (Oslo) and Singapore.

All our interns are given real tasks, both individual and group tasks, and are supported by our permanent staff throughout the programme.

Desired Engineering Backgrounds

Students with graduation year 2025 in a Engineering Degree programme as shown below are welcome to apply:

• Naval Architecture
• Mechanical Engineering
• Automation & Instrumentation Technology
• Chemical / Process Engineering
• IT / Cyber Security / AI
• Electrical Engineering

You need to possess the following qualities:

• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
• Desire to work in a multidisciplinary/multinational environment
• Ability to work in a structured and systematic manner
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Strong academic track record
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
