We are seeking aProject Manager/PMOto be part of our Innovation and Digitalisation team in Bergen. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the development of our company.

G2 Ocean, the world's largest shipping operator within the Open Hatch segment, is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and structured Project Manager/PMO to be a member of our Innovation and Digitalisation team to accelerate our digital transformation journey and deliver on projects that shape the company for the future.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving various projects in G2 Ocean.Working closely with theInnovation Director and the rest of the Innovation and Digitalisation team, youwill contribute to shaping G2 Ocean's digitalisation and innovation journey, building the company culture and ensuring alignment with thestrategyof the company.

The position reports to the Innovation Director and is based in Bergen, Norway. Some travelling may be expected.

Your background and experience

• University degree, Bachelor or MBA from Business School, M.SC in Technology Management or similar
• Knowledge and skills in IT, digitalisation and business processes
• 2-5 or more years of working experience from a consulting firm or project management. Experience working with digitalisation and technology.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent people skills
• A good listener and collaborative
• Good understanding of financials, business development, technology and innovation
• Systematic and structured
