You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Crew Planning and/or Resource Planning, including strategic long-term planning
• Strong data analysis skills
• High proficiency in Excel

• Ability to conduct complex forecasts based on historical data
• Capability to optimize processes and procedures
• A passion for working with numbers
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Familiarity with Zendesk and Jira is a plus.

• Preferred experience with working with the union and HSE (Health Safety and Environment) representatives.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Manage the Supply for the Flight Deck or/Cabin Crew
• Be the connector between the Airline Department and Operations to ensure the supply meets the demand.
• Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders and Crew Management to ensure the effective planning and coordination of ongoing processes
• Contact person in Crew Management for HR Shared and HR BP for Flight Deck or/Cabin Crew
• Manage Crew Biddings
• Maintain Supply Dashboard
• Maintain Seniority Lists
• Participate in Crew Related projects across departments.
• Handle requests from the Base Manager on behalf of employees.
• Communicate to crew on Zendesk, Workplace and e-mail for crew-related activities.
• Participate in the preparation for negotiations with input from Crew Management.
