Maritime HR Coordinator

We are trusted worldwide for delivering precise marine operations and supporting global partners with installation and maintenance services for offshore wind parks – heavier, higher, faster.
Fred. Olsen Windcarrier is now preparing for the future and is looking for the right person to strengthen our Maritime HR Department.
Duties and responsibilities
- Crew rotation planning for all three Tern vessels
- Coordinate training with seafarers
- Control crew documents
- Act as coordination point between agents, travel bureau, and vessel management
- Assist with reporting and budget control
- Act as cover within Crewing Department during leave periods
- Administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum two-years’ seafaring background or working experience in Maritime HR
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields to Martime HR or equivalent work experience may be considered
- Excellent English skills
- Experience with OCS Marine HR system and wages is preferred
- Ability to travel as required
