På(fyll) is a new startup from Orkla Home & Personal Care, Æra and Bakken & Bæck, and we're on a mission to make everyday living easier while tackling a massive problem: the growing amount of plastic waste from household products. Our circular service delivers everyday home goods you know and love, in containers you can use again and again.

På(fyll) is now live across Norway and we are after a PR & Communications Advisor who can help us grab the attention of the Norwegian market while growing the familiarity of new circular services like På(fyll) with the general public.

This role requires a blend of creative thinking, PR and communication and productivity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop compelling news stories from På(fyll)'s key messages.

• Skillfully pitch these stories to media outlets for broader coverage.

• Develop and execute effective communication strategies that engage and inform our target audiences through earned media.

• Translate facts and figures into simple, understandable and engaging messages.

• Plan and execute campaigns and projects targeting consumers and media

• Collaborate closely with our internal teams to create relevant content.

• Monitor and analyze results for continuous improvement of communication strategies.

Though we do not expect candidates to hit 100% of our ideal qualifications below, fluency in Norwegian and English in this role is a must. Our dream candidate will have a strong background in communications, PR and strategy, with experiences in consumer marketing and/or creative agency environments.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in PR, communication, marketing, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Communication Advisor or equivalent role.

• Strong experience in consumer communication with a track record of successful campaigns.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interpret and present data and statistics in an engaging manner.

• Creative thinking and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
