Project Manager, Field Engineering (Molde)

Join our team in Molde as a Project Manager for NOV Aftermarket's Field Engineering department! We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can lead projects from start to finish, ensuring that our innovative upgrades to drilling and crane products are delivered to our clients on time and to their satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of project delivery
• Customers communication
• Technical solutions
• Project progress
• Support with regards to installation
• Project economy and project documentation. 

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and collaborate closely with customers to ensure successful project outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA in technical/engineering 

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in delivering offshore projects and hold an engineering degree or have relevant work experience
• We are also open to fresh graduates with relevant degree in a technical/engineering field

SKILLS, TRAINING & SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE:

• Good understanding of contracts, as well as commercial and technical knowledge.
• Verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian (basic or higher) and English (professional).
• As a person, you should be highly motivated & solution-oriented
• To be able to manage a large workload while staying organized, accurate, and independent. 
• To be customer-focused to ensure the success of every project.
