Group Controller

Reach Subsea Suvey division is growing, and we are seeking a Group Controller to strengthen our team.

• Support and do ad-hoc tasks for managing director, survey division, and project managers.
• Follow-up division, department, and project budgets, accounts, revenue, and cost
• Ensure timely client invoicing according to contract requirements.
• Monthly management reporting of division projects’ financials and forecasts in accordance with group procedure and timeline
• Prepare and post monthly division project accruals.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Prepare final division project accounts.
• Assist with costing and contract review in a tender process.
• Create new projects in the ERP system.

- Postgraduate in Financial Economics, Auditing or Business.

- Proven experience with accounting, project control, reporting, time management, writing, presentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

- Specific knowledge of financial standards and legislation and demonstrated knowledge of cost control, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

In addition to the qualifications listed above, the following additional background and experience will be considered useful in a successful candidate:

• Have good communication and corporation skills.
• Be able to share knowledge, experience, and information
• Contribute to continuous improvements of project control and project reporting.
• Have excellent Excel skills.
